Shipping Policy — KINDRED

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

  • Standard Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • Express Domestic (Australia): 1–3 business days
  • International: Typically 7–21 business days; customs processing may extend delivery times.

International Duties & Taxes (DDU)

  • International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
  • Customs charges, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • KINDRED must declare full order value and include an invoice; we cannot mark items as gifts or reduce declared value.
  • Customs agencies control release of parcels and may delay or deny delivery in rare cases.

Refused / Unclaimed International Shipments

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or an incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If carriers cannot return a parcel to us (certain services don’t support RTS), no refund can be issued.

Pre-Order Items

  • Products marked “Pre-Order” will ship once production is complete.
  • If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships when the pre-order item is ready.
  • To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected speed.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Once an order is fulfilled, address changes are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Some international carriers may take 24–48 hours to activate tracking events.

Lost / Delayed Parcels

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, contact the carrier first (they can provide GPS and delivery details). Then contact us so we can assist you with a trace where possible.

Split Shipments

We may ship items separately to optimize delivery times. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel if applicable.

Holiday Periods & Peak Sales

During peak seasons (product launches, holidays), processing and carrier transit times may be longer than usual.
