Thank you for shopping with KINDRED. We take pride in delivering high-quality products, and all sales are considered final. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept exchanges or change-of-mind returns for a refund to the original payment method.
If you have changed your mind, we may offer store credit at our discretion, provided the item is returned in original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued in the following cases:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- There is a manufacturer defect (subject to assessment)
- The wrong item was sent
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless faulty.
Pre-order items that have not yet been fulfilled and are requested to be cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.
Refund & Exchange Process
If your item meets the criteria above, please contact our customer service team at Email: support@kindredwear.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Photos of the item clearly showing the damage or defect
Once we receive and assess your request, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved for a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If approved for an exchange, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any approved refunds or exchanges.
